In general, mechanisms for office chairs and recliners cannot be repaired, they have to be
replaced.
It is more cost effective if you bring us the recliner or the office chair. Otherwise there is a fee for pickup and delivery and the on-site repair is more costly.
Recliners:
We can install your mechanism; however, you have to provide the mechanism. This sometimes can be difficult. Some manufacturers have a life long warranty on parts, in which case you only have to pay for the labor. If you have a label under the footrest or the seat with the manufacturer's information such as name, style, serial number, there is a good chance that you can get spare parts. If there is no label, it is almost impossible to get any parts. In this case try to call the store from which you bought the chair. We can pickup your recliner for a fee or you can bring it to us.
